Short Description (199 characters max)
Virtual therapy for Relationship Issues, Breakups, and Family Estrangement provided across California
Description (2950 characters max)
You give everything to your relationships, yet it often feels like it’s never enough. You replay conversations on the drive home, second-guess what you said, and think of all the things you left out. You tell yourself you’ll set boundaries next time, but in the moment, it feels easier to say "yes" to make the conversation end. That night, you lie in bed replaying it all again, too keyed up to rest and wondering why it feels so hard to say what you need. In relationships, through breakups, and with friends and family, you feel stuck in this familiar cycle. You dream of connecting with others with a sense of ease and authenticity.
Working with me, you notice the small, often invisible patterns that shape your relationships and your sense of self, how you hold back, give too much, or open up more fully. I work with second-generation adults of any gender and men of all backgrounds who are navigating relationship issues, breakups, and family conflict through online therapy in California.
That cycle you keep noticing, the replaying, the holding back, the yes when you meant no - it didn't start in your last relationship. In our work together, we'll trace it back to where it started, make sense of what it's been protecting, and build something steadier in its place.
