I’m a CBT-oriented therapist who integrates mindfulness and strength-based approaches to help people feel more grounded, clear, and capable—especially when life feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. We’ll take time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, then build practical tools you can actually use in real life.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and the emotional impact of painful experiences. I’m trained in trauma-informed care and suicide prevention, and I aim to create a steady, respectful space where you can slow down, feel what you feel, and move forward without shame. I also support clients in strengthening boundaries, improving communication, and reconnecting with their values—so day-to-day life feels less reactive and more intentional.
In sessions, you can expect a mix of conversation, skill-building, and reflection. We might practice grounding and mindfulness, map patterns using CBT, and develop strategies for managing worry, low mood, irritability, or emotional shutdown. If you’re in couples work, we’ll focus on building healthier communication, improving emotional connection, and creating repeatable ways to repair conflict.
Above all, I see therapy as a partnership. My goal is to help you feel understood while also helping you build momentum—one doable step at a time.
